If your Thermador appliance is still within its manufacturer coverage period, we’ll tell you honestly whether a factory-authorized repair or our own visit makes more sense — sometimes that means pointing you back to Thermador’s own service network. Once that coverage has lapsed, every repair we complete carries our own 30-day workmanship warranty, and manufacturer part warranties continue to apply where they still cover the specific part replaced.
