Thermador Range

Thermador PRG366WH

Model # PRG366WH

The PRG366WH is the standard-depth counterpart to the PRG366WG: the same six-open-burner concept, but on Thermador’s shallower 24 3/4” Pro Harmony® cabinet with a smaller 4.9 cu ft all-gas oven and slightly lower 120,000 total BTU. Because both cooktop and oven are gas-fired on this model, igniter and valve issues need to be isolated to the specific burner or the oven rather than assumed to share one root cause.

Three continuous grates span the six burners, so an uneven or rocking grate is worth checking for warping before assuming a burner-level problem. If a burner or the oven won’t reliably light and there’s any smell of gas, shutting off the gas supply to the range comes first, before any other troubleshooting step.

FAQ

Thermador PRG366WH FAQ

Both are 36'' six-burner all-gas ranges, but the WH uses Thermador's standard 24 3/4'' Pro Harmony cabinet depth with a smaller 4.9 cu ft oven and 120,000 total BTU, while the WG uses the deeper Pro Grand commercial cabinet with a 5.7 cu ft oven and 127,000 total BTU.

That pattern usually means the igniter isn't drawing enough current to open the gas safety valve, or the valve itself isn't opening. It's a part-level gas problem worth having diagnosed rather than something to keep re-attempting.
