Thermador Range

Thermador PRD364WDHU

Model # PRD364WDHU

The PRD364WDHU is the standard-depth counterpart to the PRD364WDGU: the same four-burner-plus-griddle dual-fuel cooktop, but fitted to Thermador’s 24 3/4” Pro Harmony® cabinet depth rather than the deeper Pro Grand® commercial cabinet, which gives it a smaller 4.9 cu ft oven cavity. As with any dual-fuel range, cooktop problems (burner or griddle ignition) and oven problems (electric bake/broil/convection) are diagnosed as separate gas and electric systems.

This model is Home Connect® WiFi-enabled, so a report of the range ‘not responding remotely’ is a connectivity issue separate from whether the burners or oven actually work – worth confirming with the physical controls first. If a burner or the griddle won’t light and there’s a gas smell, shutting off the gas supply to the range is the first step before any other troubleshooting.

FAQ

Thermador PRD364WDHU FAQ

Both are 36'' dual-fuel ranges with four burners and a griddle, but the WDHU is built to Thermador's standard 24 3/4'' cabinet depth with a 4.9 cu ft oven, while the WDGU is built to the deeper 27 7/8'' Pro Grand cabinet with a larger 5.7 cu ft oven.

That pattern points toward the convection fan or the third convection heating element rather than the main bake element, since regular bake is working correctly.
