Check Your Cookware First
Induction requires magnetic cookware to function — a non-magnetic pan simply won’t heat and can look like a fault when it isn’t.
Overheating Protection
If a pan was left dry-heating, the zone may show E2 as a protective shutdown. Let it cool 15-30 minutes and try again.
When It’s a Genuine Sensor Fault
If E2 returns immediately after cooling, that points to a failed zone sensor rather than a one-off overheating event.
Ventilation Matters
