The ME301YP is the current 30-inch Masterpiece single wall oven, a 4.6 cu ft cavity with 11 heating modes run from a touch control interface. It draws 6,400 watts on the same 240/208V, 30A circuit as its ME301WS predecessor, but Thermador’s own spec table shows it dropped the meat probe and Air Fry capability in favor of a simpler mode set and a light gray glass door finish.
Because there’s no meat probe on this model, temperature-related complaints almost always trace back to the oven’s own sensor or the convection fan rather than a probe problem. The touch control interface is the other common failure point – a panel that’s slow to respond or registers phantom touches usually needs the control board replaced rather than recalibrated.
