Check the Basics First
Confirm the temperature control hasn’t been accidentally bumped, and check that nothing inside is blocking a vent between compartments.
Sensor Faults Are a Common Cause
A sensor communication fault is a frequent culprit, showing as an E01 error code on models with a display, and causing the unit to lose accurate temperature feedback even though the compressor may still be running.
Warm-Compartment Faults
If the compartment is genuinely reading warm, that shows as E15 — which can mean either a sensor misreading or a real cooling-system fault, and needs a technician to tell the two apart.
