The DWHD870WFM was the flagship of Thermador’s discontinued W-series generation, combining StarDry Zeolite-based drying with an Adjustable Entertainer’s Drawer third rack — a larger-capacity utensil/serving-piece drawer than the Chef’s Tool Drawer used on the mid-tier 650W/660W models — plus a built-in water softener, all at the same 44 dBA rating as the 660W tier.
Because it has the Zeolite drying system, chamber-heater and fan-motor problems (E2120/E2130) are diagnosed as their own subsystem, the same way they are on current Zeolite-equipped models, separate from the drain and water-inflow electronics.
