Both were discontinued together with the rest of the W-series lineup.
Diagnosis follows the same subsystem approach as its Masterpiece sibling: Zeolite chamber problems (E2120/E2130) are isolated from drainage and inflow codes, and water-softener performance is checked as routine maintenance rather than assumed to be a wash-system problem.
