The T18ID905RP is the right-hinged twin of the T18ID905LP: an 18-inch Freedom freezer column that puts ice and water on the door, on Thermador’s Star-K list with the rest of the 905 freezer columns. The dispenser makes Thermador’s diamond-shaped ice.
A dispenser that pours water but not ice usually has a problem in the ice path, a clumped bin, a blocked chute or an auger that cannot turn, rather than in the ice maker itself. The Home Connect alerts can tell an owner that a door was left open before a whole bin of ice fuses together.
