The DWHD770WFM is Thermador’s Sapphire® tier 24-inch dishwasher, sharing its core wash and drain systems with the Emerald tier below it, plus StarDry Zeolite-based drying and Crystal Protection glassware care. On units with StarDry, a chamber-heater or fan-motor problem (E2120/E2130) is diagnosed as its own subsystem, separate from the standard heat-pump drying used across the rest of the lineup.
Persistently wet dishes despite StarDry being enabled point to that same Zeolite drying subsystem rather than the main wash cycle, and are diagnosed accordingly.
